Catherine Siegler RCR(BC), RPR, CRR, CRC
President & CEO
Catherine graduated as an Official Court Reporter in BC in 1986. After 15 years of the litigation environment, she realized her passion was really in a more neutral learning environment, helping people achieve better communication access with her captioning skills. Since incorporating in 2000, Accurate Realtime Inc. is the only dedicated captioning company of its kind in BC. Over the years, she's gained national and international experience. As well, she's received several awards and many accolades.
Iana Zolotarova

Iana is a reliable, kind, and deeply compassionate member of our team. Originally from Ukraine, she has been a valued part of our organization for over two years. Known for her warmth, strong organizational skills, and steady reliability, Iana plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. She is passionate about serving others and genuinely loves helping wherever she’s needed. She brings a global perspective shaped by having worked in China, Mexico, Spain, and the United States. Outside of work, Iana enjoys travel and discovering new places, bringing the same curiosity and openness to the world that she brings to our team.
Sara Azulvide
ADMIN Manager - ACCOUNTING
She joined ARI in 2019.
While living in Mexico, she studied Communications and Journalism. After moving to Canada, she transitioned into Business Administration and now works in both administrative and creative roles at ARI. She finds deep purpose in supporting the hard-of-hearing community and is proud to contribute to meaningful, accessibility-focused work.
Committed to continuous learning, she is particularly interested in technology and staying current with developments in her field in order to continually improve her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle boarding and hiking. She also has a strong interest in art and is passionate about cooking and food.
